These listings are intended to improve visibility of reuse-related services within the construction sector.

We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party advertising analytics.

The platform may use first-party browser localStorage to:

  • Remember recent submissions from your device

This information remains on your device and can be removed through your browser settings.

We do not intentionally publish private personal email addresses unless they are submitted specifically for public listing purposes.

  • Generate metadata

  • Improve search and discovery functions

These systems support organisation of platform content and do not make legally significant decisions about individuals.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We may share data with trusted service providers used to operate the platform, including:

  • Airtable - database and data storage

  • Vercel - hosting and infrastructure services

  • Postmark - email or communications provider

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Data transfers are made using appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms where applicable.

We retain submitted information for as long as it remains relevant to the operation of the platform or until removal is requested.

Some technical backups or archived copies may persist temporarily after deletion requests.

  • Scoped API credentials where applicable

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users submit information at their own discretion.

We do not currently use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or behavioural tracking purposes.

The platform uses limited first-party browser storage functionality as described in Section 3.5.

Our website may use external services such as Google Fonts, which may involve requests to third-party servers.

If non-essential analytics or tracking technologies are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and consent mechanisms will be implemented where required.

12. Children's Privacy

The platform is intended for professional and organisational use within the construction and reuse sectors.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
