By submitting content to the platform or using public platform features, you agree to these terms.

Images and documents
Material reuse information
Public business information
Comments, suggestions, or related contributions
Submissions may occur through online forms, email, shared folders, or direct communication.
3. Ownership of Submitted Content
You retain ownership of the original content you submit.
By submitting content to re, you grant re a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
Host
Store
Structure
Adapt
Categorise
Display
Share
that content within the platform and associated communications related to the platform.
This licence allows re to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the platform and related reuse initiatives.
4. Structured Data and Platform Intellectual Property
The structure, formatting, organisation, metadata, categorisation systems, taxonomies, platform-generated summaries, analytics, visualisations, and database architecture created by re remain the intellectual property of re.
This includes:
Platform-specific categorisation structures
Standardised metadata
Search and filtering systems
Platform layouts and visual organisation
Structured datasets created through platform processing
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those platform systems or structures.
5. Public Visibility of Submissions
Some submissions are intended to be publicly accessible.
This may include:
Organisation names
Logos
Supplier or service descriptions
Public contact details
Website links
Social media links
Images and documents
Project information
Materials and service categories
Users submitting supplier or service profiles are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to provide any public contact information submitted.
6. Publicly Sourced Supplier Listings
re may create supplier or service listings using publicly available professional or business information.
Inclusion in the platform does not imply endorsement, partnership, accreditation, or verification unless explicitly stated.
Organisations may request updates or removal of publicly sourced listings by contacting hello@re-new.io.
7. Accuracy and Due Diligence
re does not independently verify all supplier information, service claims, certifications, material quality, or project outcomes published on the platform.
Users remain responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into agreements, purchases, collaborations, or project decisions.
8. User Responsibilities
By submitting information to the platform, you confirm that:
You own the submitted content or have permission to share it
The information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You understand that some submitted information may become publicly visible
You have authority to submit any public contact or company information provided
You must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
9. Removal Requests
You may request removal or correction of submitted content or listings by contacting hello@re-new.io.
re will make reasonable efforts to honour removal requests, although previously shared or archived versions may continue to exist in some circumstances.
